Our elderflower pressé is made from elderflowers picked at the peak of ripeness from our family-owned farm and is handcrafted in small batches, 

Never wanting to see anything natural go to waste we started experimenting with the hundreds of elderflowers we found on our farm when we first arrived here.  This pressé recipe soon became a family favourite.

Made with 100% natural ingredients, no preservatives, and a unique blend of flavours it is crafted from Sparkling Devon spring water, sugar, elderflower syrup, citric acid and lemon juice..

Perfect as refreshing summer drink, over ice or mixed with your favourite white wine as a spritzer
